As of late May, 2002, alt.ucp has been established
and is carried by some major news servers.  If your 
ISP does not carry alt.ucp YET, JUST ASK THEM TO!

Although UCP is a topic in many places, the major
discussion forum has been alt.clearing technology
on usenet.  Konchok Penday usually reads it daily. 

AS MORE PEOPLE GET alt.ucp, WE PLAN TO
SHIFT MUCH OF THE UCP DISCUSSION THERE.

KP and other experts on UCP [usually referred to as
"UCPeons"] often answer questions about UCP there.  

UCP is also frequently discussed at various web sites.

is one such web-based discussion site, but Konchok does
not follow it and will not answer questions presented there.

You CAN read newsgroups with Outlook or Outlook Express,
but it is MUCH better to have a newsreader like FREE AGENT

If you don't have news service, there is a
free news server @ news2.lightlink.com
which serves ONLY:
alt.clearing.X newsgroups
alt.religion.scientology
alt.binaries.scientology

Konchok Penday does answer email, but
prefers questions about UCP be directed
to alt.ucp or alt.clearing.technology when 
possible, so your questions benefit others.
