I. INTRODUCTION

UCP List is dedicated to discussion of Universal
Clearing Process (UCP) which is free on the Internet

http://www.net-prophet.net/ucp/

Although UCP primarily discussed on ACT (Usenet
newsgroup alt.clearing.technology), where UCP
author Konchok Penday is also posting, UCP List
could be an alternative for those who enjoy moderate
traffic (20-30 posts a day projected) as opposed to
ACT's 100 posts daily average.

But UCP List is not intended to be the replacement
for discussing UCP on ACT.

For everybody's benefit, I'll be reposting here all
important UCP messages from ACT.

UCP-List will not be feeding into ACT or vice-versa.

UCP-List is unmoderated, so freedom of expression
is incouraged.


II. UCP LIST GOALS

1. UCP discussion.
2. UCP dissemination.
3. Posting UCP successes.
4. Posting UCP news
5. Finding partners for co-witnessing UCP.
