The Simple
Universal
Building
System is a
design approach for building temporary or permanent structures that
are both reconfigurable and exceedingly strong. It has many
advantages over both traditional stickbuilt and newer factory built
modular structures. It is suitable for housing and many other
applications. The system is described in detail in the
following SUBS articles and illustrations. Typical basic
panels [floor/wall/roof, door, and window] are shown, and the basic
connector. An elevation and floor plans for the very
small two story Alpine Cabinette design, 12'x16' floors x8' ceiling
height are provided to help visualize how components of the system
can be assembled to create a structure.
