BODYROLLER A:

TEXT

It's about 6 feet long and two feet high in the middle.  One end is high, the other low, so you can sit in the end and twist different parts of your back and hips, or roll your head off the end and work your neck.  The exterior hardwood-veneer plywood is glued and screwed for maximum strength.  It's REALLY STURDY!  The notch on the top right is where I took a chunk out of a parking garage by attempting to park BEFORE I unloaded the BodyRoller from the top of the camper shell.   Ooooops!

The body rollers are extra-dense high-strength tear-resistant foam rubber specially manufactured for exercise equipment.  This end has wheels so you can move it easily.

It is cut from one sheet of 3/4" plywood, so the interior gussets show the side curves.  The pipe extensions are foot-and-hand holds to push and pull yourself up and down over the hump.  This is a major improvement over similar body-roller machines without plenty of handles to grab.

The body rollers are sleeved on [hidden] plastic pipe which spins on metal tubing.

This is the high end.  There's plenty of storage room for small stuff inside.  It just has to fit between the rollers, which are fairly close together on the top.  I liked this one so well I built a second improved one.
