Laundry table and shelving had to be designed around awkward pipes and wiring in a very tight space.  The laundry-folding table is stained and varnished for an ultra-smooth finish on the work surface.  The shelves are stained only.  The built-ins improved a very cluttered and disfunctional laundry room with both much more storage and a much better work area.

Having the table the same height as the machines makes doing laundry very convenient.  The shelf stores detergent and other supplies right where you want them.  This is a very busy laundry room, doing up to 8 or 10 loads a day.
