Reference Bible, which is chock full of jew lies.

Mostly grooving.
Been fairly busy
doing physical stuff.
Hot weather again.

Still get agitated,
angry and resentful
when I have to deal
with psychotic sado-
masochistic whackos.

However, I get back to
an even keel fairly fast.

I look at what I can do
about that, pick the
best option I can see,
and do it as best I can.

9:41 I’ve been looking
at choosing what I put
my attention on. Do I
put attention on things
that I can see coming,
even though they are
dangerous, harmful or
even catastrophic?

Or do I just focus on
the areas of groovy
resonance in my
universe? I’ve been
doing more of that,
but I’m still monitoring
with alarm the social,
economic and military
disasters engulfing us.

So far, it seems that
both are essential,
which means I must
either shift my attention, or
hexpand it to include both
aspects simultaneously.

9:48 I’ve also been spending
quite a bit of time sitting and
thinking: possible futures, etc.

Some things have been getting
much better. I finally have an
office now! I tore down a building
two years ago, and built a room
last summer. I got much of my
office moved into it. I haven’t
had a room of my own for 13 years
[other than my bus, which doesn't
have much room in it, especiallly with
my office packed into it. That's a
huge luxury of HAVE that finally IS.
It took a lot of work for a long time,
but it finally paid off! Way Cool! 9:55

At the same time, the police state
is encroaching faster and faster.
90 year old women with severe
alzheimers disease, in the care
of their nurse, are unable to
fly OR take a train because
their names are on the
watch list. The beast
devours lives and sanity.

The more it eats . . .
the hungrier it gets!

The fate of the palestinians
and the iraqis is coming home
soon to the goyim in the JUSA.
I sure hope I'm wrong on that!

I see that I can shift my attention
from the groovy to the genocidal,
or back, which shifts my own mood.

I feel like I'm on the beach, grooving
in the sun and sand, watching the
tsunami tidal wave of global war and
social collapse coming right at me.

But I'm having a relatively groovy time.
BEING in a good mood IS a nice thing,
but DOING what must be done is very
important too, even in a bad mood. I'd
like to be able to do both at once.

Many things do seem to be getting easier.
My resonance with my dogs is wonderful.
My resonance with Justin is remarkable.
I think I'll be meeting him quite soon. My
resonance with myself in improving too!
I LIKE sitting down and contemplating
my own universe and thoughts. It's
quite a bit like being in session all the
time. Not quite the same, but groovy.

[yawn] [yawn] It’s easy to enjoy the
resonance, especially when you finally
HAVE some, or at least have MORE.

The question is how to deal with the
non-resonance. The insane waste.
[yawn] I haven’t quite got that
question figured out yet. [yawn]
[yawn] [yawn] [yawn] The best
image I can get is to use the insane
waste as a resourse for something
slightly better. Many there is a tiny
bit of waste that can be salvaged
or recycled for something useful.

10:26 Like perceptible matter is built
up slowly from the fundamental aether,
consciousness is slowly built up from
random ignorance, confusion, waste, etc.

[yawn] As planets, stars and other cosmic
object are inevitable in the cosmos, even if
they take billions of years to form, perhaps
consciousness itself is inevitable. You can’t
force it either, but you can nuture it and
make it more possible by putting attention
on it with looking and comparing. If you
look at people as on their way to eventual
enlightenment through N-Lightenment,
perhaps you can be happy for them, even
when they are not very happy themselves.

I haven’t mastered that yet,
but at least I have a flash of it.

Maybe more will fall out later,
but I feel done with this now.

Dear Paltino:

There are sharp people on both
sides of the distilled water issue.

Maybe you should test both
so you can compare them?

My opinion is that distilled water
is hexcellent precisely because
it dissolves unbound inorganic
minerals from your body so they
can be excreted. Minerals that
you body is using are bound up in
compounds and not available to
be leeched out. I drank distilled
water for years and loved it, but now
drink heavily mineralized well water
simply because it’s free to me now.
I would prefer distilled if available,
precisely because it has 100% of
it’s capacity to dissolve and clean.

Rainwater IS distilled water.

My preference order would be

DISTILLED or RAIN

Unprocessed natural water
with whatever minerals: the
less minerals the better.

City water with chlorine,
flourine etc, which are
definitely BAD for you.

From my reading and experience
I think the dissolving and cleaning
effect of distilled water is more
important than the minerals that
other water may provide. You
can get minerals from FOOD.

This is not to discount the very
powerful effects of bath salts
such as epsom salts, which
allow your body to absorb
mangesium, a critical mineral
for metabolic reactions.

One soak in epsom salts
is usually enough to END
eclampsia in pregnancy,
though medical doctors
won’t tell you that.

However, you can’t drink much
epsom salt, a powerful laxative.
You need to absorb it by skin.

I have a section in
the book on this.

I find the same.

I started with Witnessed UCP.
You started with Solo UCP.

We both came to the
same conclusion.

Having another person’s
interest and attention does
make UCP more immediate.

It’s harder to drift
out of session.

Writing a session record
helps keep me in session,
but a witness is even better.

UCP WORKS either way,
but it seems easier to me
with some else listening.

And it builds very interesting
and transparent relationships!

Is this due to a natural process
of evolution of sentient groups,
like the evolution of aether into
perceptible physical matter?

Mutual Understanding enhances
and surpasses sElf understanding?

I’d love to have a tribe to find out with!

It took me about 15 from the
time I started Doing UCP on
Other People, probably about
-20 in tone. Very Well Done!
I Substituted a decade longer
to go half as many tones up!

It took me another 13? years to
get from zero to +5. I imagine
you will do it much faster! :-)

And with fewer Errors!

You’ve already
come up 40+!

I look forward to
further reports!

I spent a lot of time
Interfering with myself
questioning or wondering
if I/we/they could actually
get up to a pleasantone.

Now we don’t have
to do that any more.

Frank took about 100 hours
to get from -5? or -10? to 0,
and another 700 hours to get
to Non-Duality around tone 20+

But he put most of those
hours into a year or two.
Sometimes he even did
several sessions a day.

Fairly even keel.
Staying cheerful
despite wierd shit.
I’m really low in the
water personally, but
the gunwales are still
above the tide, and I’m
not rocking the boat too
bad right now. Hypnotized
by the deliberate and now quite
desperate JUSA drive for absolute
full spectrum dominance of us ALL.

They are now desperate for total dominance
because their fascist genocide of the goyim
is now widely condemned by everyone sane.
They HAVE to wind up on top of the heap just
to avoid the hangman’s noose. I’m watching
this global disaster come straight at me here
in the JUSA, but I’m in a fairly good mood now.

I’m well fed and well loved in my small universe.
That’s better than sometimes before. The things
I can do to prepare I’ve mostly done. The things
I’m doing generally in life are the best next steps
I can see to take now. MY general trend is up,
though the hexternal conditions are decaying fast.

I SEE the disaster coming, but don’t have an involuntary
panic reaction to it like I used to. I also see some other
possibilities than global atomic war, though that appears
very likely right now. I loathe much of the history and
crimes committed already, and I dread their continuance
and rapid escalation. WW3 is pounding on the door now.

But I’m not quite mourning yet, because it hasn’t happened.
The fascist police state is more and more omni-present, but
I’m still “free” and still have internet access. World awareness
of JUSA global-slave intentions is highest ever, and rising fast!

This whole thing MIGHT be resolved semi-peacefully.
I really want to find out how it plays out. I’m in it, as
a semi-willing participant, and I’m also a curious observer.
I’M CURIOUS how this will play out. I’m curious how I can
most effectively support MY Ideal Scenes for Resolution.

[yawn] Perhaps the zionist push to war will work out for
the planetary best. The JUSA might lose a few carrier groups
in the Persian Gulf, and their occupying army in Iraq.

The dollar might be dumped for the worthless debt it
essentially is, the JUSA oil supplies cut off at the pump,
and JUSA busted back to a turd world country. It might
piss the citizens off enough to lynch the architects of
these genocidal gulf wars. We MIGHT live and die free!

Russia might nuke tel aviv, haifa, dimona, london, new york,
washington and hollywood. Most goymericans would cheer!
The surviving zionists could be transferred to the present
Palestinian cantons, where they would be allowed to kill
1/4 as many Palestinians – through suicide bombings – as
Palestinians kill jews, from sino-soviet helicopter gunships,
whenever they dare leave their isolated kosher ghettos.

The Palestinians could charge
tourists to see them, like a zoo!
The zionazis could live off the
popcorn tourists feed them!

A TRUE *WIN-WIN* SITUATION!
